Model: Polina Izhina
The concept centres on the contrast between the industrial environment of the city and the softness and individuality of the person occupying it. Using architectural elements and narrow spaces as visual frames, creating a sense of confinement while the model's loose poses introduce movement and freedom.
The styling combines oversized tailoring, relaxed trousers, layered garments, and statement accessories. Structured pieces are contrasted with softer silhouettes and casual details, creating a balance between formality and power and nonchalance and a sense of freedom.
The muted colour palette allows the architecture and silhouettes to remain the dominant visual elements.
The creative direction focuses on scale, composition, and physical expression. This look in a more feminine styling, but yet maintaining the strong energy.
Rather than posing conventionally, the model interacts with the surrounding structures by sitting, leaning, stretching, and occupying unexpected spaces. Creating a visual dialogue between the body, clothing, and architecture, resulting in an editorial that feels urban, spontaneous, and slightly unconventional.
